When you come to your first visit, you can download your forms, fill them out at home and bring them with you to save time or you can register at our office. When you get to our office, you will be greeted by a warm welcome and a friendly "Hello". At Gentle Dental you are never a number or "next in line", you are our guest. Bottled water & Juice are available in our reception area. You will have a short wait, not the long wait you may be accustomed to. 

    All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must stay throughout the entire appointment.
